Business
Development / Senior Business Development Officer
Qualification &
Experience
- 4-year bachelor's degree with a major in
finance, economics, business administration, or accounting.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience,
preferably in the energy sector.
Job Responsibility
- Conducting market research to identify
trends in the energy sector in both local and international industries.
- Identifying emerging market segments,
niche opportunities, and potential areas for expansion or diversification.
- Assessing competitive positioning and
internal capabilities to formulate actionable strategies, including
demand-supply dynamics, pricing trends, and regulatory changes.
Manager Reservoir
Modelling
Qualification &
Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum
engineering.
- At least 14 years of experience in the
upstream ESP industry with Subsurface Teams in carrying out reservoir
simulation studies with a lead role in field appraisal and development
projects.
Job Responsibility
- Reporting to the Head of Development.
- Carrying out and managing in-house
reservoir simulation studies and quality control of third-party subsurface
integrated studies.
- Supporting fields' appraisal and
development activities across PPL assets.
- Recommending the drilling of development
wells, production capacity enhancement, and optimum field development
planning for maximizing hydrocarbon production and recoveries.
Senior Business
Analyst (Finance)
Qualification &
Experience
- Qualified ACCA/ACMA/CFAP/MBA with at least
8 years of relevant work experience.
- BBA/BS (economics, finance, or accounting)
with at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with experience in the oil and
gas industry, especially in budgeting & planning, would be preferred.
Job Responsibility
- Conducting financial analysis, providing
insights on company performance, preparing financial forecasts, and
monitoring thereof.
- Developing, analyzing, and reviewing
valuation models as well as economics.
- Assisting in preparing dashboards on
company and industry data.
Senior Business
Excellence Officer
Qualification &
Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business
administration, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in business
process improvement, sustainability, or related fields, preferably 3 years
in a team lead role.
- Candidates with experience in the oil
& gas industry would be preferred.
Job Responsibility
- Developing and implementing the Business
Excellence Framework to optimize operational performance.
- Leading cross-functional teams in
employing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Ensuring integration of environmental and
governance standards.
- Analyzing business processes, overseeing
improvement initiatives, and managing training programmes to foster a
culture of excellence.
Business Excellence
Officer
Qualification &
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
operations management, environmental sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in lean
management within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated ability in sustainability and
social responsibility aspects, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
Job Responsibility
- Developing and implementing lean
management strategies for environmental sustainability and operational
excellence.
- Leading lean projects and collaborating
with teams to identify improvement areas.
- Measuring impact, conducting training for
continuous improvement, and Environment Social Governance consciousness.
- Demonstrating strong facilitation,
communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to
environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
Senior Engineer
(Corrosion)
Qualification &
Experience
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in metallurgy,
mechanical, or chemical engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience
in Pakistan, with a preference for relevant international exposure.
Job Responsibility
- Handling corrosion engineering-related
technical matters and providing support to design, projects,
commissioning, operations, maintenance, and inspection teams.
- Making site visits and contributing to
serving in both sweet and sour services, including wellhead casing and
piping, pipelines, storage facilities, glycol dehydration, amine units,
and plants.
Engineer/Senior
Engineer (Well Integrity)
Qualification &
Experience
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in petroleum or
mechanical engineering.
- 6-8 years of working experience in
Pakistan, with a preference for relevant international exposure.
Job Responsibility
- Managing technical matters related to well
integrity.
- Providing support to drilling, well
design, production, projects, and inspection teams.
- Making site visits as required.
Technician (Rotary)
Qualification &
Experience
- Diploma of Associate Engineering in
mechanical technology.
- At least 10 years of experience in the oil
& gas sector or fertilizer industry.
- Candidates with experience executing major
overhauls of high-speed turbomachinery would be preferred.
Job Responsibility
- Performing major overhaul jobs,
troubleshooting breakdowns, routine maintenance, and preventive and
predictive maintenance of gas turbines, centrifugal compressors,
high-speed gearboxes, pumps, auxiliary equipment, including induced draft
fans and reciprocating compressors, as a team member.
Medical
Officer/Senior Medical Officer
Qualification &
Experience
- FCPS (internal medicine), FCPS (family
medicine), MRCP (UK/IRE), DABIM, and DABFM or those who have completed a
4-year residency in internal/family medicine in a structured training
program as per CPSP guidelines.
- Candidates must have 1 year of
post-fellowship/post-residency experience, preferably in the corporate
sector.
- Registration with PMDC is mandatory.
Job Responsibility
- Handling both clinical and administrative
roles, including running clinics at various PPL sites.
- Visiting hospitals for in-patient staff.
- Involvement in health awareness sessions
and activities related to preventive medicine, billing, conducting audits,
and engaging with employees and doctors to ensure quality and health
surveillance.
Staff Nurse (Women
Only) - Sui Field Hospital
Qualification &
Experience
- BSc (nursing)/diploma in general nursing
with midwifery.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with experience in OT and
pediatrics would be preferred.
Job Responsibility
- Delivering high-quality patient care,
working collaboratively with company doctors, and providing support to
patients.
- Assessing patient needs, administering
medications, and monitoring patient progress.
- Maintaining accurate records.
