The High Court of
Sindh Karachi is inviting applications to fill various I.T. positions across
its locations at the High Court of Sindh, Principal Seat Karachi, Bench at
Sukkur, and Circuit Courts at Hyderabad, Larkana, and Mirpurkhas. Candidates
aged between 18 and 28 years, having domicile and P.R.C. of Sindh Province, are
encouraged to apply.
Available
Positions:
- Junior Computer Operator (BPS-12)
- Number of Vacant Posts: 3 (Karachi - 2, Sukkur - 1, Mirpurkhas -
1)
- Minimum Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in
Science, preferably in Computer Science or Diploma in IT / Computer
Science.
- Experience & Expertise: MS Office, Oracle Database, etc.
Certification preferred.
- Job Description: Software trouble-shooting, data entry,
scanning, day/night shift duty in the datacenter, scanning/archiving,
etc.
- Junior Hardware / Network Technician
(BPS-12)
- Number of Vacant Posts: 3 (Karachi - 2, Sukkur - 1, Mirpurkhas -
1)
- Minimum Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in
Science, preferably in Computer Science or Diploma in IT / Computer
Hardware.
- Experience & Expertise: Computer hardware, network
switches/routers, etc. Certification preferred.
- Job Description: Hardware/network trouble-shooting,
day/night shift duty in the datacenter, scanning/archiving, etc.
- I.T. Archiver (BPS-07)
- Number of Vacant Posts: 2 (Karachi - 1, Larkana - 1)
- Minimum Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in
Science, preferably in Computer Science.
- Experience & Expertise: MS Office, Oracle Database, etc.
Certification preferred.
- Job Description: Data entry, scanning/archiving, etc.
- I.T. Helper (BPS-06)
- Number of Vacant Posts: 3 (Hyderabad - 1, Sukkur - 1, Larkana -
1)
- Minimum Qualification: Matriculation in Science, preferably in
Computer Science.
- Experience & Expertise: MS Office, etc.
- Job Description: Data entry, scanning/archiving, etc.
Procedure to Submit
Application:
- Application Submission: Interested candidates domiciled in Sindh
Province may submit online applications at
https://sindhhighcourt.gov.pk/obportal/ on or before 1st July 2024.
- Application Accuracy: Information claimed in the job
application shall be treated as final. Candidates who provide
incorrect/incomplete information shall be liable to rejection. Separate
job applications may be filled for each post, if applying for more than
one post.
- Selection Process: Candidates are advised to select the
place of posting carefully. Subsequent requests for change/transfer of
place of posting after final selection by the Selection Committee shall
not be entertained.
- Reservation Rights: The High Court reserves the right to
increase or decrease the number of advertised posts throughout the process
of selection.
- Special Quotas: Special quotas shall be observed as per
rules/policy, where applicable (Women, Disabled/Special Persons,
Minorities, Deceased/Son quota, etc.).
- Government Servants: Government servants are required to apply
through the proper channel, otherwise their candidature would not be
accepted. Such facts should be indicated in the application form.
- Interview Process: Only shortlisted/qualified candidates
will be called for test/interview.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate for appearing in the
test/interview.
- Test/Interview Dates: The dates for the written test/interview
and results will be announced on the website of this Court from time to
time.
